Questions we get asked
When do we get an estimate?
After the first call. A partner goes through your scope with you, from the screens or page templates to the integrations, the languages and the content, and gives an estimate and a timeline for that exact scope.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. Most of our work is under NDA, so some cases on this site show the work without naming the client. We sign an NDA before you share the details.
Who owns the code and the accounts?
You do. Domains, hosting, servers and platform accounts are registered to your company, not to us, and at handover you get the code, the design files and the admin access.
Which languages and time zones do you work in?
English or Russian. You book the call at a time that suits you, and calls with companies in the UAE run in UAE business hours (GST, UTC+4).
What should we send before the first call?
A few lines are enough: what you are building, for whom and by when. A link to your current site or app helps too. The rest we go through on the call.
