A new site, a CRM of its own and client calls that write the tasks
Encore takes brands into the Gulf with PR, media and events. We rebuilt its website, moved the team off Asana into its own CRM and added AI that turns every client call into notes, a follow-up and tasks.

The challenge
Encore sells to global brands, but search engines barely saw its old site: 8 pages, no meta descriptions, 38 H1 tags on the homepage and case images that loaded black. Projects lived in Asana, and what a client agreed to on a call depended on who took notes.
Our approach
We treated the agency as one system and shipped it in three layers. The site sells and is built to be found. The CRM runs the work and keeps a wiki on every client. The call notes tool joins the two: a call goes in, and tasks with owners and dates land on the right project board.
The notes nobody writes are where agency work goes missing. So we made the call write them.
What we did
01
Website
A static site from our own generator that search engines can finally read. Every page ships with one H1 and its own meta description.
- 34 pages, 15 case studies
- 3D gallery of the work
- Schema, Open Graph and llms.txt
- Dark and light themes

02
CRM
A CRM shaped around how the agency works, with its Asana data moved in. An AI assistant answers questions about the work and opens or closes tasks.
- Boards, lists and My tasks
- Client wiki kept current by AI
- Read-only board for clients
- Telegram alerts, English and Russian

03
AI call notes
Record in the browser, upload a file, or let Google Meet and Zoom calls arrive on their own. Tasks go to the right CRM board in one click.
- Transcript with speakers and timestamps
- Summary, decisions and tasks
- Follow-up email draft
- Ask the call a question
