Physical goods and services take cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through a payment provider connected to the bot, and Telegram takes no commission. When a user opens the app, Telegram passes their ID, name, username and language, signed by Telegram. The server checks that signature on every request, so the data can't be faked. The phone number comes only if the user agrees to share it, and the app stores only what your process needs.

No. A bot can write only to people who have started it. After that, it can send them order updates, reminders and mailings. Telegram caps a free mailing at about 30 messages per second, so a mailing to a big audience is spread over time; paid broadcasts go faster.
