Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using nextgensoft.co (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Definitions

"NextGenSoft", "we", and "us" mean PT RYTM ODIN INDONESIA, which operates the NextGenSoft brand. "You" means any visitor to or user of the Site. "Content" means all text, graphics, logos, and materials on the Site.

Use of the Site

The Site is provided for general informational purposes. You agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful material.

Engagements & proposals

Apart from the paid services below, nothing on the Site is an offer to enter a binding contract. Any other engagement between you and NextGenSoft is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement or statement of work (SOW) signed by both parties. Booking a call or messaging us does not create an obligation on either side.

Paid services

Some products on the Site, such as the SEO & GEO audit, can be ordered and paid for online at the price shown on their page. Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed, or once you pay the invoice we send you. Prices are in US dollars; card and bank payments are processed by DOKU (PT Nusa Satu Inti Artha) and charged in Indonesian rupiah at the rate shown at checkout. We never see or store your card details.

After payment we contact you by email to confirm the scope, any access we need, and the delivery date. Add-ons you choose are added to the price shown at checkout.

Refunds. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before we start work on your order: email hello@nextgensoft.co with your order details. Once work has started, the payment is not refundable. If we cannot deliver what you ordered, we refund you in full. Refunds go back to the original payment method for the rupiah amount charged; what you receive in your own currency may differ because of your bank's exchange rate and fees.

Intellectual property

All Content on the Site is owned by NextGenSoft or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not copy, modify, or redistribute it without our written permission.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.

Disclaimers

The Site and its Content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

The Threads adequacy check is satire. Its scores, verdicts and roasts are generated by an AI model from public posts, are not a psychological, professional or factual assessment of anyone, and must not be relied on for any decision about a person. You are responsible for how you share its output.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextGenSoft will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us, if any, or USD 100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NextGenSoft harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The date at the top reflects the latest version, and continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
