Your privacy matters. This policy explains, in plain terms, what we collect through nextgensoft.co, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have.
Who we are
NextGenSoft ("we", "us") is a brand of PT RYTM ODIN INDONESIA, a company registered in Indonesia at Jl. Eka Cakra No. 2, Kapal, Mengwi, Badung, Bali 80351, Indonesia. We operate the website at nextgensoft.co. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
What we collect
- Call bookings: the name, email, and notes you enter when you book a call with us through Calendly.
- Messages: anything you include when you message us on WhatsApp or email us.
- Orders: the site address, email, and optional name, company, and notes you enter when you order a paid service, plus the order details (product, tier, add-ons, payment method, status).
- Website checks: the address you submit to the free SEO & GEO check and the result we produce for it.
- Server logs: standard technical data your browser sends with each request (IP address, user agent, timestamps), kept in short-lived logs for security and reliability.
What we do not collect
We do not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking pixels on this website. Visits are counted with Umami, which we host ourselves; it sets no cookies and does not identify you. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell your personal information.
Threads adequacy check
The Threads adequacy check reads a public Threads profile and up to 50 of its recent public posts through the official Threads API, and asks an AI model (Anthropic Claude) for a satirical score. We store the result (score, verdict, roasts, the public display name, handle and avatar link) for 90 days so that the share link keeps working, then delete it. We do not store the IP address of the person who asked together with the result, and we do not store the posts themselves. Hourly and daily request counters are kept in memory and in a local database for abuse control only.
If you do not want your profile to be checkable, email hello@nextgensoft.co with your handle. We add it to an opt-out list and the tool refuses it from then on.
Orders, payments & website checks
When you order a paid service we keep the order record so that we can deliver it, answer questions about it, and keep the accounting records the law requires. Our team gets a notice of each new order with the details you entered. Payments are handled by DOKU: you enter your card or bank details on DOKU's own pages, and we receive only the payment status and amount, never your card number.
The free SEO & GEO check fetches public pages of the address you submit and asks Google PageSpeed Insights for its speed data. We keep the result for 30 days so that its link keeps working, then delete it.
How we use your information

Service providers
We share information only with the providers that help us run NextGenSoft, and only as needed:
- Calendly: schedules calls you book with us.
- WhatsApp (Meta): delivers messages you send us.
- Hosting & infrastructure providers: operate the servers that run this site.
- Anthropic: processes the public posts you submit to the Threads adequacy check to generate the verdict.
- Meta (Threads API): the source of public profile data for that tool.
- DOKU (PT Nusa Satu Inti Artha): processes payments for orders.
- Telegram: delivers new-order notices to our team.
- Google PageSpeed Insights: measures the speed of the addresses submitted to the free website check.
These providers act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected (to respond to your inquiry, deliver a service, or meet a legal obligation), after which we delete or anonymize it. Server logs are short-lived.
Security
We protect data with industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and least-privilege practices. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
International transfers
NextGenSoft is registered in Indonesia and works with clients worldwide. Your information may be processed in Indonesia and other countries where we or our providers operate. We take steps to ensure such transfers are protected under applicable law.
Your rights (EEA/UK, GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@nextgensoft.co. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Your rights (California, CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion or correction, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Children's privacy
This website is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
