Viacheslav founded NextGenSoft and sets its direction on fintech, AI and business strategy. He has spent 10+ years in finance, banking, algorithmic trading, AI development and startup mentoring, building business models from go-to-market strategy to operations, technology and finance. He has lived and worked in 44 countries and taken part in projects in 69.

Head of Mobile
Vladimir Babin
Vladimir leads native iOS and mobile apps at NextGenSoft, from idea to App Store. He is a senior engineer with 10+ years of shipping production iOS and macOS apps, now focused on applied AI: training custom models, building LLM chatbots and autonomous agents, and automating business processes end to end. His background covers architecture at scale, legacy-to-modern migrations and on-chain data in client apps.

Head of Design & Strategy
Artsiom Yankovich
Artsiom leads design and strategy at NextGenSoft: 9+ years in digital product and brand design, 150+ projects. He starts with the product logic, not the visuals: what the product has to do for the business, how people will move through it and where they might stumble. The interface, the visual system and the brand are built on that, so the product is clear from the first screen and stays consistent as it grows. He works with the developers from the first wireframe to launch, then keeps the project growing with new pages, SEO and GEO.

Artem Zelenskii
Artem leads AI and ML at NextGenSoft and has 5+ years of AI in production. He is an Apple Developer Academy graduate. On the blog he writes about what AI agents cost to build and run, when to move from n8n, Make or Zapier to a custom agent, and WhatsApp AI agents for businesses in the UAE.
