A wellness brand’s identity, site, store and back office in one system

RYTM is a Bali chronobiology brand: consultations and light and sound devices. We built its identity from scratch, a site with paid booking, a store moved off Tilda, a back office for CRM and stock, and six sales decks.

The challenge

RYTM sells a method, not just products: a chronotype test, a paid consultation, then the devices. It needed an identity from scratch. The store sat on Tilda, and products, orders, stock and bookings needed one home. Spas, hotels and distributors each needed their own pitch. And the audience reads English, Russian, Indonesian and Spanish.

Our approach

We started with the identity: a drawn wordmark, a four-color palette and a design system of 101 tokens. The brand site and the store run on one server that picks the site by domain, and one back office runs leads, bookings, stock, bills and posts. The catalog lives in the brand's own database. Six sales decks reuse the same palette, type and logo.

From the wordmark to the stock ledger, RYTM runs on one system it owns.

What we did

01

Brand identity

We built the RYTM identity from scratch: a drawn wordmark and a RYTM.shop sub-mark, four core colors, and Helvetica Neue paired with Futura PT. The site and blog run on its design system.

  • Wordmark and sub-mark in 3 color variants
  • 101 design tokens, 6 component families
  • Live styleguide for every component
  • Guidelines page with logo downloads

02

Brand site

rytm.health explains the method and sells the first step. A six-question chronotype test leads to a paid consultation, booked and paid through Stripe in one flow, with a Telegram alert for the team.

  • Chronotype test in six questions
  • Paid booking through Stripe Checkout
  • EN, RU, ID and ES from one switch
  • SEO blog with 9 articles

03

Store

A self-hosted storefront for light and sound devices. The catalog is served from the brand's database, each product has hand-written copy in four languages, and checkout prices DHL shipping to 53 countries.

  • Catalog with filters, search and wishlist
  • Cart drawer and full-page checkout
  • DHL rates for 53 countries in 9 zones
  • Moved off Tilda, same look for shoppers

04

Back office

One back office runs the business behind both sites: leads, paid bookings, tasks, stock per warehouse, supplier bills and margins. Staff sign in with Google, and their changes go to an audit log.

  • CRM with a 6-stage pipeline and tasks
  • Stock per warehouse, every move logged
  • Supplier bills as PDF, FIFO margin report
  • Tasks suggested by AI from meeting transcripts

05

Sales decks

Six web decks sell two devices, NeuroVIZR and Chakra Activator, to consumers, spas, hotels, distributors and partners. Each pitch is built around that buyer, and one script exports the decks to PDF.

  • 62 slides across 6 decks
  • Payback, packages and partner tiers
  • PDF export for every B2B deck
  • Same palette, type and wordmark
