Our client, under NDA, runs hundreds of Instagram accounts. We built an AI agent that lives in Telegram: it schedules posts, reads comments and DMs, tracks competitors and hands anything sensitive to a person.

The challenge
Hundreds of accounts mean hundreds of small daily jobs: posts to schedule, comments and DMs to read, competitors to watch. Done by hand, account by account, it does not scale, and the one message that matters gets buried. The client wanted one place to run it all, with a person pulled in only when it counts.
Our approach
We skipped the dashboard. The agent lives in a Telegram chat, so there is nothing new to learn. One n8n agent on Google Gemini reads each request, picks from seven tools and answers in the same thread. Failures take their own path straight to a person, so nothing breaks quietly.
The best AI agent is not the one that does everything. It is the one that knows when to call a person.

One chat
The team writes a task in plain words: schedule Friday's posts, check the inbox, scan three competitors. The agent works across every account involved and replies in the same chat with a short report.

Seven tools
Behind the chat sits one n8n agent on Google Gemini with memory. It plans with a Think tool, pulls profiles, reels and hashtags through Apify, breaks down single reels and sends open questions to a web search agent.

Every job announces itself when it starts, and every failure has its own path. If a run breaks or a DM needs judgment, a person gets a Telegram alert with the step, the account and the reason.
