The challenge

Every new video on the tracked channels was a possible article. Someone had to check the channels, sit through each video and write the piece from scratch. Quick drafts from a title and a description missed what was actually said, so volume and quality were always at odds.

Our approach

We treated it as a production line, not a writing prompt. Each stage does one job and hands a clean record to the next: collect, write, cover, review. The key decision was to split thinking from writing: one agent chooses the angle and title, a second writes the article in the house tone.

Most AI content fails at the angle, not the prose. So the angle gets its own agent.

What we did

Collect

On a schedule, the factory checks every tracked channel and picks up new videos. For each one it pulls the stats and the full transcript through Apify, then stores a clean record in the source table.

Write

Two Gemini agents work in sequence. The first reads the transcript and returns the angle, title and key points as structured data. The second writes the full article from that brief in one house tone.

Cover and publish

Each article gets a generated cover image. After a review step, it goes to the CMS with its title, cover and metadata, ready to go live. Nothing reaches readers without a review.
