A men’s barber store, rebuilt to sell to her and him
Barber & Co sells professional hair, face and body care in Minsk. We rebuilt its Tilda store in place: two storefronts, a real catalog tree, 795 product pages in one layout and a cart that suggests the next product.

The challenge
Barber & Co was adding women's care to a store built for barbers, and the site still spoke only to men. 115 catalog sections sat in one flat list, 104 of them hidden. The sidebar had 22 filter groups, 18 of them categories in disguise. The catalog lived on nine page copies, each edited by hand.
Our approach
We kept Tilda, the orders and every product link, and rebuilt around them. Gender moved up into two storefronts, product type became the catalog tree. New pages went live on temporary addresses and swapped in when ready. Where Tilda stops, we wrote our own code: cart upsell, bulk imports, image tuning.
Gender is a storefront, not a filter. Product type is the catalog.
What we did
01
Two storefronts
The homepage now opens two doors, for her and for him. Each leads to its own storefront with its own photos, categories and picks. Behind both sits one catalog, so stock and prices never drift apart.
- Two homepage doors, her and him
- One catalog behind both storefronts
- Mega menu with a new Kids section
- Brands page with 50 logo tiles

02
Catalog tree
115 flat sections became a tree: hair, face, body, beard and shaving. Every section got a photo tile, 30× lighter than the originals. Five real filters stayed in the sidebar, with volume and weight tagged on 639 products.
- 22 filter groups cut to 5
- 795 product pages split into tabs
- 9 catalog copies merged, old links kept
- Full-screen catalog menu on phones

03
Cart upsell
Tilda has no upsell, so we wrote one. The cart shows how far the order is from free delivery and ranks add-ons that close the gap, same brand first. One tap adds a product and the strip recounts.
- Free delivery progress bar
- Up to 12 add-ons, ranked per cart
- 254 products in a hidden add-on pool
- One-tap add with a live recount
